Discover which service best suites your needs

Comprehensive Intake & Assessment

The intake process is the first step in treatment and allows the Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to gain a thorough understanding of the client’s concerns, history, strengths, and goals. This includes a clinical interview, review of presenting issues, psychosocial history, and, when appropriate, standardized screening tools. The information gathered helps guide diagnosis (if applicable), treatment planning, and recommendations for services best suited to the client’s needs.

Individual Counseling

Individual counseling provides a confidential, one-on-one therapeutic space where clients can explore emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. The LPC collaborates with the client to identify goals, develop coping strategies, and strengthen insight and emotional regulation. Evidence-based therapeutic approaches are used to support concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and life transitions.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate therapeutic approach for children, typically ages 4–12. Through structured and unstructured play, the LPC helps children express thoughts and emotions that may be difficult to verbalize. Play therapy supports emotional regulation, behavioral improvement, communication skills, and healthy attachment while involving caregivers as clinically appropriate.

Career Counseling

Career counseling focuses on helping individuals explore career interests, strengths, values, and goals. The LPC provides guidance related to career decision-making, job transitions, workplace stress, and vocational identity. This service may include career assessments, goal setting, and counseling interventions to support confidence, motivation, and work-life balance.

Group Counseling

Group counseling offers clients the opportunity to engage in therapeutic work alongside others facing similar challenges. Facilitated by an LPC, groups promote peer support, skill development, emotional insight, and interpersonal growth. Groups may focus on topics such as coping skills, stress management, social skills, emotional regulation, or life transitions in a structured and supportive environment.

Family Counseling

Family counseling addresses relational dynamics and patterns that impact family functioning. The LPC works with families to improve communication, resolve conflict, strengthen relationships, and support healthy boundaries. This service is beneficial for families navigating behavioral concerns, transitions, parenting challenges, or emotional stressors affecting the family system.
